Responsibilities
Product Manager will be responsible for the execution of all Private Brand products from business award to in-store arrival. The Product Manager will manage both Private Brand Direct Import and Domestic Products across all product categories, departments, and channels. They will also work very closely with and manage all necessary cross-functional teams (Packaging, Content, GSO, Legal, Merchandising Operations, Space Planning, Replenishment, QA, BV Testing for Product & Packaging, Traffic, Vendor Compliance, etc.) to ensure timely PB execution. They will have extensive responsibilities and accountability in regard to SKU set up, PO placement, Replenishment, FAI, Product / Packaging Production, Product Shipping, and Delivery.
The Product Manager role will be a stepping stone to grow employees into a Senior Manager and or Product Director Role in the Sourcing or PB Growth departments. The employees in this role need a solid foundation and understanding of Direct Import Sourcing, Private Brand Development, Project Management and experience in cross-functional and cross channel management including our Global Sourcing Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years in a related field

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines and deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Capable of working with and managing cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables and timelines are met
- Experience with Merchandising Systems and Microsoft Office Applications
- Direct experience in Retail, Sourcing / Direct Import, Project Management, and Merchandising
