Target: Sr Graphic Designer, Owned Brands (Full-Time Remote or Hybrid)
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will design world-class creative for Target’s owned brands portfolio across multiple categories while working collaboratively with your team and leaders. You will be a motivated designer and strategic systems thinker who can operate in ambiguity on multiple projects. You will need to demonstrate excellent graphic design and typography skills with photo art direction experience and expert knowledge of design tools. You will oversee and execute various projects by designing and/or overseeing photo art direction, as well as electronic and print production details. You will be responsible for making timely decisions for fast-paced projects to meet deadlines. You will create presentations and present to Leadership and Marketing teams. Critical to the role is staying current with the latest style, graphic, industry, and technology trends and demonstrate application to projects. About you:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design and a strong understanding and application of art direction
- Effective visual and verbal presentation skills
- Interpersonally savvy with strong listening skills
- Open to feedback with ability to take direction
- Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results
- Experience with MAC applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $62,500-112,500.
