Flora is a senior brand marketing manager at Target leading the brand’s Black audience marketing strategy. Having over 10+ years of marketing experience executing innovative consumer-centric campaigns, strategies, and brand partnerships, Flora is passionate about creating meaningful, culturally-relevant, and authentic connections while delivering memorable value throughout the customer journey. Flora is also a toy founder, children’s book author, past Humphrey Public Policy Fellow, and a #BlackGirlMagic advocate.

Flora will join Clay Ellis Executive Director of Partnership Development for My Private Brand on stage to discuss Target Black History Month initiatives, including their HBCU design competition, exclusive private brand products, and much more.
