Trader Joe’s Sliced Korean Rice Cakes

Korean food is right now trend across the country and Trader Joe’s newest international sku delivers on the trend. Trader Joe’s Sliced Korean Rice Cakes are flat, oval-shaped disks. They come plain, with no sauce, so they’re ready to use in a variety of dishes. This traditional mochi shape is particularly popular for stir-frying. Simply boil the Cakes from frozen on the stovetop for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain well, and brown them lightly in a pan with a little oil. Now they’re ready to be stir-fried with whatever vegetables, proteins, and sauce you desire!
