On Monday, California-based grocer Raley’s announced that Suzi Bryan has been promoted to Senior Director of Grocery Edibles & Private Brands. Suzi previously led our Grocery merchant team overseeing all Center Store edible categories, including Grocery, Dairy, Wall Deli, and Frozen Foods.

In her new role, she will assume oversight of Private Brands development across all departments within Raley’s operating company, providing her an opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally in the fresh areas of our business.

Suzi joined Raley’s in 1988 at the Raley’s in Turlock. She joined the Support Center in 1997 as a Pricing Analyst. With a strong passion for Raley’s vision and purpose, she served as Category Manager of our Natural Foods & Wellness department for 12 years. In 2012, Suzi joined the Grocery Department and collaborated with various leaders cross-functionally as we developed and executed the integration of Natural Food products into their respective categories across multiple departments.

Suzi earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Stanislaus. She and her husband Blake have been married for 27 years and have a daughter, Juliane. They live in Galt and enjoy camping and spending time outdoors in the garden.
