Lassonde Appoints Cade Culver President, Private Label Division

Lassonde Industries Inc, announced this week the appointment of Cade Culver as President of its Private Label Division of Lassonde Pappas and Company, Inc., one of the two largest producers of Retail Brand (private brand) shelf-stable fruit juices and drinks in the United States. Mr. Culver will report to the President and Chief Operating Officer of Lassonde Industries Inc., Vince Timpano. Cade Culver will be responsible for leading all Lassonde’s private label business activities in the United States and will be headquartered in Carneys Point, New Jersey. He will officially take office on May 2.

“Cade is a seasoned executive with an impressive career in the food industry. His knowledge of our industry, his dynamism and his leadership qualities will be invaluable assets for Lassonde long-term growth in the US market. I am very happy to have him joining our management team,” said Vince Timpano, Lassonde’s President and Chief Operating Officer of Lassonde Industries Inc.

Throughout his career Cade has taken on important strategic mandates and built a solid track record of success. Among his many experiences, Cade worked with Dole, serving as Vice President & General Manager of Dole Diversified North America. More recently he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Hearthside Food Solutions. Hearthside is a premier contract food manufacturing company operating over 40 factories in North America and Europe. In his role, Cade led all commercial activities for the company including engineering, commercialization, research and development, innovation, sales and business development, demand planning and customer service. Cade is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Business Law and a minor in systems engineering.
