IKEA debuts SAGOSKATT Designed by Kids Soft Toys

Bird, Cat, Fried egg, Mermaid dog and Sandwich friends – these cuddly friends form IKEA’s new SAGOSKATT soft toy Retail Brand collection, designed by kids that participated in the retailer’s drawing competition. The Dodo Bird was designed by US winner, Nick! Available at IKEA US stores October 2021, IKEA will donate 100% of the retail price from the purchase of each SAGOSKATT 2021 soft toy to Save the Children US.

Meet Dodo Bird! Here is what IKEA Family Soft Toy Drawing Competition winner Nick, age 10, has to say about his design:

“I drew a prehistoric dodo bird that looks goofy with his tongue sticking out. If we were to do math together, he’d say in his dorky voice: I can’t count.”
