British retailer Marks and Spencer and Nails.INC have joined forces to bring a collab to their fans – the retailer’s much-loved Percy Pig candy mascot is featured in this nail polish duo. M&S announced the product release on its Instagram this week, with thousands of fans responding.
“Sold out everywhere,” commented one frustrated shopper. Hundreds tagged Percy fans in the comments section, with another writing: “Omg!!! Must order these for salon!”
The polishes come in two shades – Pig-Ture Perfect hot pink and Kind of a Pig Deal Percy Pink and there is an unusual twist – they are scented to smell like the iconic Percy candies shades are being heralded the ideal Christmas present for those hankering after a fabulous set of trotters this festive season.
A spokesperson for Nails.INC said: “This is the first time in Percy’s thirty-year history that he has collaborated with another brand, and what better partnership than these perfect pink polishes? The polishes are formulated in the Nails.INC long-wear formula and patented wide-hugging brush for flawless application.
“Both polishes dry down to release the signature Percy Pig scent that you know and love, that lasts for days. We can’t be held responsible for the increase in your Percy cravings.”
The polishes cost £15 and are available at Marks and Spencer stores and online.
